You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the app or from your browser. It takes effect at once.
Tap your profile picture at the top of the library, scroll to Account and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Open app.havsala.app in any browser and sign in with the same email and password. Then do the same: your profile picture, Account, Delete account.
Signed up with Google on your phone? Google sign-in is not on the web yet, so either delete from the app, or write to ismail@ibiloglu.com from your Google address and it will be done within seven days. Can't sign in at all? The same address works for everyone.
Your account and everything held with it: your email address, the name and picture Google shared if you signed in with Google, your sign-up details, your daily request counts, and your subscription record at RevenueCat. The sagas of that account are cleared from the device you delete it on.
A Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it in Google Play first. Google keeps its own purchase records as the law requires. Crash reports carry no account and expire within 90 days; feedback you sent is deleted on request. Chapter pictures carry no account and cannot be found by it. Sagas on another device stay on that device until you delete them there. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
